Women's Health Foundation is truly a one of a kind resource known for connecting, educating and empowering women who struggle with pelvic health issues. Recently featured on ABC's The View, they often feature guest bloggers who share their own stories - everything from endometriosis and pregnancy to menopause and cancer. I love this website because they are instrumental in removing the stigma associated with the "hush hush" attitude towards women's pelvic health, especially for teens and young women who are just getting to know their bodies. I am so pleased to have been able to contribute a small guest post regarding my experience with Uterine Fibroid Tumors, and take His Middle Name to that next level and reach more women from a larger platform.
I would especially like to thank Aurore Labenheim, the Development Associate at Women's Health Foundation for taking her time to get to know me and learn about my story, and choosing His Middle Name to be their headliner in honor of Fibroid Awareness Week. Please stop by and visit their informative and user-friendly website - I promise you that you will be enriched and better for it!
